Return and exchange policy

If you purchase goods on the PHOEBUS official website, you can apply for a return within 14 days of the shipment date (if the return application period of 14 days on the shipment date expires and you have not received the goods for 7 days, the return application period can be extended to 7 days after you received the goods), but the following conditions must be met:

1. The returned goods must be unused, washed, modified, damaged, odorless, pollution-free, with the price tag not removed and not affecting secondary sales;

2. If an invoice has been applied for, please send back the invoice voucher;

3. Fill in the after-sales card truthfully (such as name, address, contact information, order number, and reason for return or exchange), and please send back the original shipping details voucher (if not filled in completely, it will affect the efficiency of the return, and even cannot enjoy the return service);

4. If we determine that the reason for the return is indeed attributable to our product quality issues, errors, omissions, losses, etc., we will bear the round-trip freight (the freight amount must be reported truthfully and cannot exceed the official fee standard of ordinary express delivery); The shipping costs other than those mentioned above will be borne by you. Please choose regular express delivery for return, otherwise we have the right to refuse express delivery such as collect or regular mail.

Note:

If you need to apply for a return, please contact customer service as soon as possible. Otherwise, we have the right to refuse your return request after the return deadline is exceeded.

2. We have the right to: ① refuse packages that exceed the return period; ② No refund will be given for products that exceed the return deadline; ③ Refuse returned goods that do not match the status at the time of shipment.

3. Non quality issues will not result in returns. If there are quality or other return issues, they will be handled in accordance with national laws and regulations.
凡在PHOEBUS官網購買商品，您可在發貨日的14天內申請退貨（如發貨日14天的退貨申請期屆滿時，您收貨未滿7天的，可退貨的申請期限順延至您收貨日屆滿7天之日），但須滿足以下條件：

1.退貨商品必須是未穿著使用、洗滌、修改、損壞、無異味、無污染、價格吊牌沒有摘除且不影響二次銷售的狀態；

2.如已申請發票，請寄回發票憑證；

3.如實填寫售後卡（如姓名、地址、聯繫方式、訂單號碼和退換貨的原因等），並請寄回原始發貨明細憑證（如未填寫完整將影響退貨的效率，甚至無法享受退貨服務）；

4.如經我們認定退貨原因確屬可歸責於我們的產品品質問題、錯發、漏發、遺失等，來回運費將由我們承擔（運費金額必須實報，不能超出普通快遞官方收費標準）； 非上述情况下的運費由您自行承擔。 請您選擇普通快遞寄回，否則，我們有權拒收諸如到付或平郵的快遞。

注：

1.如您需要申請退貨的，請第一時間聯系客服，否則超出退貨期限後我們有權拒絕您的退貨申請。

2.我們有權：①拒收超出退貨期限的包裹；② 對超出退貨期限的商品不予退款；③ 對與退貨商品寄出時狀態不符的退貨商品予以拒收。

3.非因品質問題一律不予退貨。 如有質量或其他退貨問題，將按照國家法律法規的規定處理。
